As a transport hauler I have never seen a more arrogant and entitled manager to deal with. Don’t waste your time. Mikey’s Carts in Tennessee is a much better place to buy from. I haul carts from there to Key Biscayne monthly.Even after the customer I wasup for contact’s them they still wouldn’t release their cart. I don’t have to be a customer to review terrible service.I do not work for UShip. I work for myself and was hired by the customer to pick up. I offered to show the only paperwork that was provided but wasn’t good enough. Refusal to contact the customer exasperates the customer service failures to an even higher degree.This could’ve been sorted out simply by verifying with customer as was done according to customer yesterday for me to pick up. Refusal to release even after speaking to the customer proves my point. I have hauled from car dealerships with no issues under the same circumstances.Customer service is not a priority here. Loss of a sale in this case is a direct result of poor customer service by the manager.After speaking with the customer in detail it’s obvious they are also disappointed with their service.If the truth saves another person the waste of time and money that the customer and myself went through, then I will be happy with my loss. So long as my customer is satisfied with my attempt to pick up.
I have been researching golf carts for a while, landed on a Kandi Kruiser 6-Passenger Lithium (Kandi is the official sponsor of the NFL and PGA so you know the products are good). Searched for a while for the right place to buy, and came across this place. Highly rated and their prices are transparent. Went in this morning and met John. He knows what he’s talking about. He told me all about the different features, and accessories available. He was very low pressure when it came to the numbers. Set up financing and delivered same day. I will use them for the servicing of my new cart and when it comes time to trade it in for a new one. Thank you John

This place is the biggest ripoff company I’ve ever dealt with. They constantly lie to you and when you wanted to speak to someone in charge, they say they’ll call you back, but they never do. They must be buying these reviews cause they are awful from sales to service

Applied for a golf cart on Saturday, was delivered on Tuesday with license plate. Nancy was quick and efficient on the paperwork end, John was extremely thorough on covering the use of the golf cart and all of it's features.

What a cool vehicle. We had our new 6 seater road ready golf cart delivered a couple of weeks ago. Couldn’t be happier. Initially I was concerned about the acceleration but John assured me that this could be adjusted. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out to our home. After a few adjustments and test runs it operates and accelerates perfectly. I was a little agitated having to have someone service the vehicle so soon but John’s professionalism and timeliness in scheduling my service talked me off the edge. Thanks John.
