Customer service stinks. No “WOW factor” for our 4 month old golf cart! Bolts fell out and others were loose. Wanted us to go to there shop for a bolt. What about all the other loose ones? They would come out for a ridiculous service charge. Apparently no warranty. Bought new in Nov didn’t start using until Jan. Buyer beware!!

Absolutely the best place to buy a top of the line golf cart for a great price. Tim was super helpful from the second I walked in the door. I shopped around and ended back at Naples Golf Cart the next day. I purchased the cart and with in 2 days had the cart delivered to my door by John. I must say John was so good at explaining everything about the cart to me. White glove service!!!!! The best thing is that if I have any questions they are always available. I’ve been cruising all around and absolutely love the cart! Thank you all for making my experience so flawless. Highly recommend 10/10 with A++ service.

Just moving to Southwest Florida I seen a ton of golf carts driving up and down the road so I decided to go Golf Cart shopping. I stumbled upon Naples Golf Cart because they had a huge selection of Golf Cart out in the front of their building. I was greeted right away and The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable of their Products I came up on the brand new redesigned Icon I60XL and wow what a cart we took delivery of the cart the same day! Talk about amazing customer service I recommend this place as the GO-TO golf cart place to get a cart and service!!!!!

I give zero stars.....I spoke with Tim. He would not send me extra pics of a used golf cart I was interested in. Seeing I was going to have to Uber there to look at the cart....I just wanted an honest opinion on what condition the cart was in and some extra pics so I could decide if the 100.00 Uber ride would be worth it...he would not take extra pics....so I went to see the cart which was clearly in fair less than fair condition....that's all he had to tell me so I didn't waste my time. When I confronted him about this he seemed to think it was funny??? I have bought several vehicles outta state sight unseen and have never had a problem. Tim is unprofessional and seems to find humor in aggravating potential customers. It's shocking how people treat people nowadays. I DO NOT recommend buying anything from this place!!!

I had a great experience with Naples Golf Cart. Nancy, Tim and John were amazing to work with. Super easy, and very responsive. I bought the cart around 11am and by 6pm that same day it was delivered to my house at no charge. John handled the delivery and was great as well. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a full walk through of the cart. This kind of service all around is hard to find. Definitely recommend.

Naples Golf Cart is the best in town. Our experience with Nancy, our sales person, was exceptional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They have a great selection of carts and even colors. But, our positive experience didn’t end with buying the cart…Jon brings the cart to your home and explains in great detail everything you need to know. Also, their service continues even after delivery. I ran over a nail within the first week, and Jon came out right away and fixed it for us. No need to look any further than Naples Golf Cart!

My experience was a little shaky at first. I had a battery warranty issue. The service tech came out and started the claim. 30+ days/many calls later I decided to drive in to store to find out the status of the delay. I spoke with Nancy and she listened and confirmed she would personally reach out to Icon and call me later that day. She called and stated everything was handled and batteries would be delivered the next week. She then called the next week to confirm battery delivery and installation next business day!! The tech came out and installed cart runny great again!! About 2 hours later I received another call from Nancy making sure everything was satisfactory!! Thank you Nancy for restoring faith in your business and providing excellent customer service all the way thru to the end!!!

Terrible service. I purchased my golf cart, and it has never worked properly. Every time I call, I’m told someone will call me back—but after seven months, no one has followed up. I contacted Tim, the owner, and when I asked for the issue to be resolved or for a refund, he hung up on me.
When you first reach out to them, they are very friendly and attentive, but once a problem arises, they stop responding. I have not been able to get any help with my issue despite multiple attempts.
I would like to clarify several inaccuracies in your response.
First, we are not an apartment complex—we are a residential community. The carts were purchased for company use, not personal use, but that does not change the fact that one of the carts had issues from day one due to battery problems. This was reported immediately. As a result, that cart was not usable from the time of delivery and remained unusable for approximately eight months until the issue was finally resolved.
Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. We had to escalate the matter directly with the golf cart manufacturer before any meaningful progress was made. Once we involved them, things finally began to move forward.
Additionally, after the replacement batteries arrived, we were told that they would only be installed at no charge if we removed our Google review. Otherwise, we would be charged. We declined and had to pick up the batteries ourselves. On top of that, the side molding piece that was missing from day one was initially replaced with the wrong part. When we requested the correct piece, we were again told it would not be replaced unless we removed our negative review, which required us to involve the manufacturer once more to resolve the issue.
In total, it took approximately eight months from purchase to have a fully functioning cart with all parts accounted for.
Our concern is not just the delays, but the condition placed on service—that we remove a negative review in order to receive support for a product we had already paid for. That experience is the reason for this review.
Based on this experience, it also raises concerns about the reliability of the positive reviews this company displays.
We are simply sharing our experience so others can make informed decisions.

Naples Golf Cart is a great place to purchase your new golf cart! They have a very nice showroom with many different models and styles to suit your needs. The sales experience was laid back and casual. Nancy did a great job of answering our questions and let us drive a few different carts to narrow down the right cart for our family. Within a few days Jon delivered the cart to our home; there he spent quite a bit of time going over everything with us to ensure that we had a solid understanding of how to safely enjoy and conscientiously maintain our new purchase. Called Naples Golf Carts and was curious about their cart offerings. Our sales lady Nancy was very knowledgeable about the different carts explaining the intricate differences between them. We test drove carts at two other stores and returned to Naples Golf Carts to do some comparison shopping on quality, ride, features, and service. After our second visit we are thrilled to be the proud owners of our icon epic! Thank you to Tim who I spoke with initially about the different carts and Nancy who showed us everything, shared her cell number for any questions, and the ultimate decision came down to ride, price, quality and service after the sale. What a great experience! We went in last year and went back last week and Nancy even remembered us! Nancy was so patient and answered all of our questions. And was extremely response when we called back to place our order which they dropped off the next morning. Their selection is amazing and customer service is over the top. John delivered our new Golf Cart and we are having so much fun with it. Everyone compliments us as we drive by! He was so knowledgeable and professional that we need not look further. I went back on day 2 to finalize color option. BTW, lots of inventory. Prior to going to Naples golf cart I contacted a young man by the name of John and set up a time. Stop by and take a look. They have an amazing selection of golf carts and variety of other things. I made a selection on a golf cart, everything was very seamless very easy to make it legal. It was great. John said he would deliver it at a certain time and he was right on time did the entire walk-through and he did amazing. I have a strong comfort level with warranty repairs if needed, but the icon golf cart is built so well I doubt that is going to be an issue. I’m very impressed with the young man and the entire staff on the cleanliness the variety and selection of golf carts that they offer and they are able to get sound bars covers whatever you need. They have access. Parking is a little tight. it’s well worth the effort.

Great service, Jon was very good at explaining the cart and came across very knowledgeable and professional. I purchased a Kandi cart with a lot of options you are not going to get elsewhere at a price Lowes can’t beat. When the cart is delivered You are given a test ride. During the ride they use a programmer to set all the parameters so your cart feels comfortable to your liking. State of the art service in my book.

As a transport hauler I have never seen a more arrogant and entitled manager to deal with. Don’t waste your time. Mikey’s Carts in Tennessee is a much better place to buy from. I haul carts from there to Key Biscayne monthly.

This could’ve been sorted out simply by verifying with customer as was done according to customer yesterday for me to pick up. Refusal to release even after speaking to the customer proves my point. I have hauled from car dealerships with no issues under the same circumstances.
Customer service is not a priority here. Loss of a sale in this case is a direct result of poor customer service by the manager.
After speaking with the customer in detail it’s obvious they are also disappointed with their service.
If the truth saves another person the waste of time and money that the customer and myself went through, then I will be happy with my loss. So long as my customer is satisfied with my attempt to pick up.

I have been researching golf carts for a while, landed on a Kandi Kruiser 6-Passenger Lithium (Kandi is the official sponsor of the NFL and PGA so you know the products are good). Searched for a while for the right place to buy, and came across this place. Highly rated and their prices are transparent. Went in this morning and met John. He knows what he’s talking about. He told me all about the different features, and accessories available. He was very low pressure when it came to the numbers. Set up financing and delivered same day. I will use them for the servicing of my new cart and when it comes time to trade it in for a new one. Thank you John

What a cool vehicle. We had our new 6 seater road ready golf cart delivered a couple of weeks ago. Couldn’t be happier. Initially I was concerned about the acceleration but John assured me that this could be adjusted. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out to our home. After a few adjustments and test runs it operates and accelerates perfectly.
